I've shot worse looking rounds at matches - I wouldn't sweat that one bit.

When i first joined a local rifle club i asked another member a similar question about some tarnished/dirty ammo similar to your picture. He told me it had to be properly disposed.... took the rounds, loaded them in his rifle and disposed of them down range.

These look fine and as per the other comments, shoot away, as long as you see them as only dirty and not damaged in any other way.

Shoot them with no worries. I've shot LC44 ammo that laid out in the woods for 50 some odd years and it all went bang with no problems.
