I was searching for info on stock refinishing and came across this article. I thought it may be of interest to some members:

Go to Barnes & Noble and buy an out of print NRA Gunsmithing Guide-Updated version it's loaded with information on refinishing plus,plus.I bought one at an NRA convention decades ago and have looked up info for friends looking to buy old guns to rework.I also use it!
