Default 40X bolt/trigger problem

I removed a Jewell trigger from my 40X and replaced it with the original trigger. However, I can't close the bolt now. It is getting stuck somewhere, but I can't locate an obstruction. The bolt goes in just a little past the lugs and then stops. The bolt handle is in the up position and the safety is on fire. Any ideas as to the cause?
Thanks

I don't have experience with this system, but let's ask.
What happens when you put the Jewell back in?

Check receiver filler piece (i think that’s riight name) in left side of the receiver, it can get out of place and cause problem you describe. Swapping out trigger should not cause a problem. Hope this helps.

I tried the suggestions and still not difference. I can't see any obstructions so I think I'll remove the trigger and see what happens.
Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions. I removed the trigger group and found the bolt binding on the bottom. I polished the area and lubed the bolt and the rifle is working fine.
Thanks for taking the time to help out.
