It is good ammo and came in boxes, cans, crates as the contracted buyer stipulated. Often this is bought by the US govt for training. May be "loose" because it was 'appropriated' from a base and lot #s etc make tracing a theft possible.

Should be good as long as it isn't Bubba's reloads.

I have shot a lot of PSD 5.56 62 grain green tip ammunition with good results. It is also sold on the WEB by various retailers. The last bunch I bought came from Bulkammo.com. I believe it was manufactured by PMC.

You should be able to tell if it is reloaded or not, the primers should be crimped and the bullet head should be sealed/crimped as well. There should be the year of manufacture on the base of the cartridge as part of the head stamp, the primer sealer on mine is purple in color.

Like I said, mine worked well, was accurate for what it is and came bulk or loose from the retailer.
