Default M1 Barreled Receivers?

I was slothful and missed the opportunity to buy an M1 Barreled Receiver when they were being offered. I am curious what caused them to be no longer offered:
1. Lack of receivers?
2. Lack of bolts?
3. Something else?

I'm curious if someone could provide a bolt, that a barreled receiver might be procured? Just asking.

Pretty much lack of good receivers I would guess. That and the specials program are using them also.

A barreled receiver, sans bolt, for >$1000. Yeah, thanks but no thanks.
