Default Purchasing question for the new appointment system

We have an appointment at the South store on Thursday. The email with purchasing instructions with this new system states you have to have the paperwork filled out in advance of the appointment. The paperwork mentions the need to be notarized but I assume this is mainly for mail in purchases just wanted to to be positive before we make the drive. Should I just fill out the paperwork and sign it at the store that day without a notary like the usual in store purchasing process or should I try to get it notarized before going? I'm hoping they will be ok without a notary since I will be there in person with my birth certificate and all other needed items but want to make sure I don't run into any issues.

No need to have notarized. The sales staff will verify you have the correct documentation for store purchase...

Why don't you email CS with this question. Email: custserve@thecmp.org

They are very fast with this type of question.

I'm thinking if your last notary was less than 3 years ago, you are good to go, unless you have changed your address.
