As noted, the sales tax is a separate issue...an audit was done and both stores will now require tax for in-store sales. Even those folks who were able to secure shipping because they flew had to pay tax.

The issue of not being able to ship is indeed separate, and is more of a process issue as a result of moves and reorganization within the CMP...nothing to do with MIB, G-men or other USG entity!
No word yet on what is being worked and addressed IRT this issue.

Going to lock this one down due to it pegging the conjecturating needle since the update was posted, which apparently isn't even read.
Will update accordingly as info/updates become available...if at all.
