Default FG 2.1m SA Range Report

Hello,

It was a nice sunny 56 degrees here in Western Pa so decided to take my most recent FG from the NS out to the range today.

Here is the original link showing it just after purchase.

http://forums.thecmp.org/showthread.php?t=253662

I took off the SA/DAS stock set it was wearing and put on a nice SA/DAS golden walnut set that I had laying around. This new stock had a crack behind the receiver that I repaired with super glue and is no longer visible, it also has some bumps and dings so I thought it would be perfect on this Field Grade. stripped and finished with 4 coats of RLO... Lock up is excellent.

Here is how it looks now with the new wood:

Sunny with no wind. Rifle bench-rested on a rolled up shooting mat. Using HXP 77 and SR1 Target at 100 yards. After about 9 rounds of sighters, the final setting is Elevation-7 clicks, with 1 click right windage.

This is my first and last group of 10

I called the 8 at 6-o'clock so that was my fault. just got sloppy.

94-3x from this old HRA barrel! TE-3.5 ME-1

Thanks everyone for looking
Tony

That’s it! I need to take a trip to one of the stores
Nice FG find. And a good shooter to boot.

Good shooting. You are a better shooter than me. It's a good thing you got your range time in before the weather got nasty.

Good thing you got to the range yesterday. I'm on the other side of the state and its going down to 21 tonight so I know its colder on your end. Nice rifle and great shooting!
