12 Winchester SG no WRA barrels. About a dozen 1903A3 Remington and Smith Corona's

I would also add that all of the barrels on the O3’s and the Winchester’s were mostly 1/1 1/2. Incredible. Left one O3 with 0.5/1 broke my heart.

I bought one this morning that was a Smith Corona. I am not a Springfield '03 guy, and this is my first, so I did not notice about the others.

I renember the one with that reading. Was it the one with the heavy gloss stock, maybe done by something like a lot of Tru Oil?

The O3 has the crazy good reading and normal stick color but there was a Winchester with a very nice high gloss finish. Of course I am a few beers deep and might have them switched in my head.

I can't remember now either. I looked at so many rifles besides the Springfields, and there were three Springfields at the end that I had trouble choosing between. It all gets confusing.

About a 600 mile round trip for me. Anybody know how many and what condition there might be for 03A3's at the opening of business next Thursday (the 25th)? Thanks in anticipation.

Might want to get in the car now. There might not be any left after today. From this report it appears around 8 of the 20 rifles put out were sold within 24 hours.....by 10am Friday. I doubt we will see anymore 1903A3's for about 4 months once these are gone. FWIW
