Red face M1 carbine Type 3 hammer - manufacturer?

Hello community. Is have a trigger assembly with a type 3 Inland housing with components that are completely Inland appropriate to the Type 3 housing. I purchased it in cosmoline. One oddity... the hammer, a type 3, is marked only with an “H”. I was thinking that there might be a faint “I” next to it but I see none under magnification. Looking through M1 part marking databases on the web, there doesn’t seem to be any Type 3 hammers manufactured with only an “H” mark. Any thoughts? I’d like to sell it as an assembly as I now don’t need it but I want it to be undoubtably all Inland before I do that.

Is it possible that what you read as "H" could actually be I-I . That would indicate International Silver for Inland. Eddie

According to Larry Ruth's War Baby, there is also a H in a shield for Hemphill Co.. Hope this helps. Eddie

Probably partially stamped 'HI'. Not unusual to see partial stamps.
