Default What’s up with this?

I copied this from another carbine forum. What is wrong with this and how did it get that way?
If this is your pic and want me to remove it I will, Just wondering how this got through CMP that way?
Thanks fn111557

I have a stock with the same markings. The outside profile is that of an M-1 stock but the inside is set up for an M-2-- web is removed and selector cut is present.
