The closest thing I had happen is that the little plastic cooling fan shed a couple of blades and the motor got mighty warm. Luckily I was checking the tumbler about every 2 hours and discovered it before it caught fire.

Good news!
A little duck tape and bondo, you could have fixed it yourself!

They looked and somehow and saw when I ordered it from them. It was a long time ago. They said no problem, it was defective. They actually emailed back and said it wasnít necessary to send the old one back and gave me a tracking number on the replacement tumbler already shipped.
I actually notified them originally just so they were aware of it, I really didnít think they would replace it. I had just recently purchased some bullets from them, Iíll definitely go out of my way to buy things I need from them if I can. You donít get better customer service than that.

My dad contacted Midway after seeing this post about his Midway tumbler he got in the early 90's. After a few questions they told him it was the recalled one and to stop using. they're sending him a return label. He's getting a new one for free. Thats service!
