Default Demilled receiver sections with flip sights

I noticed about a dozen of these on eBay in the last week or so. They don’t appear to be reproductions, what do y’all think? I don’t think I can post to an auction, but if you search “M1 carbine flip sight” you’ll see them right away.

I saw them and thought they were good. Just my somewhat educated opinion.

I haven't seen all of them, but the ones I've seen have legit flip sights on them. Now, if you do business with the seller be wary of refinished parts and shill bidders.

2 Yellow Flags for schill bidders; 1) relisted for non-paying bidder, and 2) check seller's Completed Listings, for same item (often with same picture).

Did any Americans STOP waving their US Flags on 09/11/01, because their arms were tired from waving it on 09/10/01?

Yeah, I've noticed several re-postings of the same auction or ones so similar, the differences hard to find. And yes, as you noted, his sales history is most interesting if you analyze it.

I don't care about the sights, but I'd really like to have some of those demilled receivers.

I see what you mean in that latest push safety listed. Didn't realize some of the parts are being refinished by him. The safety needs better prep and some filing to true up the grooves.

Personally, I think he refinishes just enough smaller parts that if anyone plans on bidding on his auctions they need to ask first and hope the get an answer. Then, if everything checks out, a potential bidder has to hope he doesn't get shilled in the process of bidding.

Finally, so many of the smalls are described as "excellent" that one just has to be careful.
