Default RGN 8714 US&S Extremely Happy

I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to receive a US&S upper and lower. The safety also appears to be correct. I'm also wondering if it would be worth it to get all US&S parts. I know the correct barrel is fairly common. There is no proof mark on the slide.

I'll admit, the parts can be identified, although it is difficult. I would have to do a ton of searching... CMP may eventually have parts for sale. Other might come from people that participate in this program and are willing to trade a part plus cash. HS barrels are common to a few manufacturers. That would be the easiest to get.

Very nice. It’s very obviously been refinished and will never be more original than it is now. I would not spend any money or effort to swap parts, but that’s me. I’d enjoy it for an Arsenal rebuild that somehow kept the same mfg slide and frame.

GREAT score !!!

Kinda surprised it didn't go to auction , even as a mixmaster it still would have commanded a premium.
