You know you have "the sickness" when you speak of Bavarians, and don't mean; pretzels, cars, slap dancing at Scnocktoberfest, or beer!

Default How many Bavarians in the last batch of CMP Carbines?
During the last Carbine sales, CMP did mention there may be Bavarians in the mix, am interested in knowing if true?

Wouldn't that constitute it being an "Austrian" per se? I know my IBM had "LGKV" on the trigger guard, but is marked as Bavarian Rural Police. I don't know if the two are always interchangeable.

Never much for geograohy. I always thought of it as part of lower Bavaria. I stand corrected.

Default Bavarian Municipal Police
Here are photos of a Bavarian Municipal Police I got from the CMP auction site last year. Most parts are Underwood, including barrel (March '44), receiver (6.1M), stock/hand guard, and other parts. Nice cartouche GHD/UEF. You guys lucky enough to get one during the last release made out $$$ big time!!!
