I found this poor guy when I looked up while out cutting firewood this last winter. Hawk got its foot stuck in a crack in the tree and couldn't get out. It couldn't have been dead to long before I found it. I guess even animals have bad days.

I was exploring an old ranch shed and found a little bird hanging from a twisted piece of wire. The bird just had the bad luck to land on part of it that caught it's leg. There were two hatchlings in the nest. They had feathers. I put them out in pasture and wished them luck.
