Arrived 0800 - approx. 10 persons already in line. By 0830, approx. 25 in line.

BLUF - NO SG or FG M1 Garands in stock at opening (except IHC FG @ $980 each). All 1903s sold out by Wednesday 31 July (exc. 1x 03A4 per day). The man who got today’s 03A4 may have been waiting overnight or at least since 0400 this AM.

Otherwise, the usual suspects - WRA Specials and SA/HRA FG Specials (both .30-06); IHC .308 Specials; Daisy 853 air rifles; M1D WRA RGs; M1C FG/SG.

Somehow, the name of the actor Slim Pickens comes to mind...

If they were so short on Garands why did they remove all the limits? There were guys buying multiple SG’s on Wednesday.

The $1,000+ IHC FG’s in the racks are way overpriced from what I have seen. They should just admit defeat and mark them down 25%.

Sorry - forgot to add M1 drill rifles (2 full racks) to the “list of usual suspects”. However, I saw VERY little movement on drill rifles during my visits to the NS this week.

Just remember, the north store follows orders from the top. The top also determines what they have (or don't have) to sell.
