Clue one is the seller. He has an endless supply of IBM flip sights in pristine condition. Looks like two people who don't know are in a tussle for this one.
If you ask him a specific question about the sight, he answers another question you didn't ask.

He does have 100% plus feedback though. You would think someone would have smoked him.
I thought it would be Riverbank Armory. Supposedly that place does alot of humping.

People don't like to admit they bought a lemon. They don't want to believe their part isn't real. $102 is a lot of money for a reproduction part.

I guess some folks don't, but after absolute determination that the part that was said to be real USGI was indeed a fake, appropriate feedback would be left.

That sight is as genuine as a $3 bill.

Its fake for sure. I have one just like it on my IBM. I stuck it on it just so I would have one of the collection with a flip on it. Made sure that the log shows it is not the real deal. Have the adjustable that came with it in a plastic bag attached to the carbine.
I got it from a friend who bought 4 at a gun show many years ago. Just goes to show how long the humpers have been at it.

If I found the right IBM to match one of my sights, I would be. Until then, I'm holding.
