There was one WRA field grade with a VAR barrel that I forced myself to put back, but it was very nice and congrats to whomever picks it up

Very promising indeed. And as you said, something on my must buy list as well.

Found a pic from this week showing how bare the racks are, and this was before the Kimbers sold out!

Was also there Saturday morning. There were some nice Winchesters there and there were at least 2 SA Field Grade rifles. I almost brought home a Winchester SG but I hadn't planned on one of those and it would have taken all my cash. I did buy a very nice barreled receiver with bolt that gauged a 1! I might stop in next Saturday also.

I went by at 9am this morning. Nothing on the racks. Except for M1Ds and Cs.
The absolutely rude individual behind the counter said everything was gone. Sold the last WRA this morning. As for anything else popping up the answer was, "ask Orest".
So much for the awesome customer service everyone claims.
I did pick up two cans of HXP.

I think the guys at the store are upset that no stock came in for the matches. They care about the customers and are even more disappointed when they have to disappoint people and there is nothing they can do about it. I think you were just seeing their frustration come out. The lack of stock for the National is unprecedented and very unfortunate.

Poor form commenting on the Staff at the North Store. I do not know where

they get there patience. They have always treated my wife and my and I

outstandingly no matter how stupid the questions. Many times the trip has

been worth it just to talk to them and learn. Even driving in ice storms for

four hours.

We got there about 10:30. We stopped at the store before walking out to the ranges .The racks were empty but there was 3 Winny's. We had a sarcastic laugh about the public buying anything they can get their hands on and hosing the rest of us. Gotta get better. Had a great time. Dan

They must have been upset when I was there 2 weeks ago also.
I've work sales in public service everyday for the past 35 years and never experienced ruder service than that day at the North Store.
If I hadn't traveled so far and saved so long and wanted so bad I'd spent the $1,200 + elsewhere.
Girls behind the counter were really sweet....
