Default Service Rifle

Last nights Service Rifle Match. 100 yds SR-1 targets not sure but it might be a personal best even though I gave up more points than normal in rapid prone

Very good shooting. That 100 yard SR-1 target is just as challenging.

Thanks...thatís my personal best think my average about 460 give or take. The important thing to remember is to have FUN!!!! at the end of the day youíre only competing against yourself.

The sights, weight and balance of the Garand really helps marksmanship when shooting from "field" positions (not a shooting bench).

Very true, I've been taking my oldest grandson as well and the both of us work to beat our previous score each match. The big bonus is we're both having a great time, all the guys at the matches are very encouraging and supportive which helps make it great fun.
