That doesn't really mean anything. The certificate only shows it came from the CMP. Anyone can alter a CMP rifle once it is in their hands.

True, but I was mostly referring to the receiver that it would not be a weld, or recovered drill rifle.

A Ď46 barrel is good, if the furniture is in good shape is good, four-digit is very good, CMP paperwork is good for those who value it, depends on condition and if good...Iíd say the deal is GOOD.
(but thatís just me)
