Default WRA M1 bolt question

Pictured is my WRA M1 Garand bolt with what looks like a crack on the rear lug. Is this a crack or just rough wartime machining marks ? Safe to use or should it be left unused ? I wont use this unless someone more knowledgeable in Winchester made parts can say this is normal. Thank you
