Default ammo talk

The cmp has a great article on .30 carbine ammunition. Read it?
http://www.thecmp.org/pdfs/CMP_Carbine_Notes_2007.pdf
I believe the article stated that the accuracy problems for most Carbines stems from the ammunition. The article lists a winchester load that is supposed to be accurate. Any one try this load and have success? If you have pics that would be great.

Thanks.
Bill

You may want to check the thread below this one : "Loading Warning". That may answer your question about H110 or W296 which are essentially the same powder. Some people seem to have no trouble with these powders yet others do. Possibly large variances in the powder from lot to lot? I don't know but I sure wouldn't use either one.
