Default WTS: 1941 Tula Soviet SVT-40

1941 Tula Soviet SVT-40

This is an excellent condition SVT-40 semi-automatic rifle. It was made by Tula in 1941 and arsenal refurbished after WWII. Import marked on right rear of the receiver. Nice small import lettering. It exhibits standard arsenal refurb features such as a plum bolt group and shellacked stock. All parts are force-matched at refurb with the exception of the SVT-40 magazine. Bore is excellent with bright, shiny lands and grooves. Wood and metal are good as is the boltface. Rifling is very strong.

Asking SPF shipped UPS ground. Looking to get what I paid for the rifle.
Payment via USPS money order. I will also accept discrete paypal +3%.

Wow, I didn't know these are worth that much these days. I got one 5 years ago for $350. I guess I'll hold on to it and watch the price continue to go up. It is indeed a nice rifle.

These are really fun, neat rifles. Cheap ammo too. If you don't have a gas adjustment tool for this rifle, this guy sells a quality new made tool: http://www.blackrivergunsmithing.com...cessories.html
