So I was able to get to the range to try the CMP Eley ammo in my Anschutz 54.
It was around mid 60ís with a wind around 9-12 mph from the N/NW. At the range it was in my face most of the time, but also came from my right also.
The benches that I was shooting from are Not made for shooting matches. I did use a from and rear rest.
Also the guy pulling the trigger had some effect on the targets.

First time shooting this in my 54 and it did close to what my 52 did, maybe a tad better. I shot at 50 and 100 yards. I may try it again in the 54 just to be sure. This 54 Loves Lapua and SK.

Not match ammo, but for 7 cents a round, good practice ammo. The Lube/wax will build up in the chamber
And after 50-100 rounds you might need to fun a patch down the barrel.

Anyone in the Nashville area who would like to try/buy some, send me a email or PM.

Thank you! That's not to shabby at 100 considering the price compared to other types of ammo.

Fired Appleseed at 25M with the CMP Eley on 16-17 June 2018. Accurate for this type of event. Worked well out of my Colt Walther M4 in many AQTs. I switched to a loaner Ruger 10/22 due to optic problems and began to experience fail to fire (FTF) at least once in two separate AQTs. The Shoot Boss was confident on the quality of the 10/22 he loaned to me, and suspected that it was an ammo issue. I switched to CCI SV, fired multiple AQTs with no issues.
