The Greek park and stamped numbers don't help, but it is still from a low production manufacturer. What were these-$75? I would say $100 or so. I see these for sale occasionally around me on craigslist for <$100 for the more common ones.

$400-500 only 500 made,1943 dated o.l. ever made, smallest production of M-1 model Garand bayonet. Some have auctioned $600-900 in a bidding war by serious bayonet collectors to fill that hole as rare as hens teeth.

If you are replying to 39Chevy's question, his is not 1943 dated. If you are replying overall regarding the auction, I agree those are serious $$$'s !

Does anyone believe additional M1 bayonets will become available through CMP? Is there a better place to source one?

Thank you.
