Default Long time stalker, new member

Hello there. I just joined the forum, but have read from it for a while. I’m a contract parts programmer in the aerospace industry and have my own hobby machine shop. I recently moved back to St. Louis and bought a Mossberg 44US ‘incomplete’ from an old friend. I’m busily researching what parts I may need, and enjoying every minute of it. Thanks a bunch, Don

Welcome to the forum.
I have one of the 44s myself and enjoy shooting it a lot.

I have an order in to Havlins for a few parts, but I have a way go before this will be able to shoot.

You probably have a better start on yours than some in the past. For the longest time the South Store had used barreled receivers for sale. No other parts included.
I think they sold all of them eventually but that has to be an ambitious project for whoever purchased one

I missed the opportunity to purchase any of the whole rifles at the store and got mine by just bumping into it one day at my LGS.

Never one to be able to get by with just one of anything so I purchased a 2nd one but ended up giving it to a buddy.

Also picked up a WWII vintage US Property Remington 513T that I also enjoy shooting.

Good luck on your restoration.

Rob
