Default South Store Report (tomorrow) & TMP Store Report 4/25/2018

Made the easy drive from Anniston (25 minutes) this morning to the West Store at TMP Talladega. The store is fully stocked as a Range Store and had a good rifle inventory. Buying at Store is 7% sales tax, Anniston is 10%. CMP certificate will be mailed to you if you buy rifle from West Store. Store opens at 9:00.

Met with Range Manager this morning and she agreed to provide store inventory on Wednesdays so that I can post as received from her Range Store Manager (Deven) weekly. Very nice lady...

There were 72 of the possible 75 rifles present in the racks, with a good selection of WRA and SA’s present. No one in store except me.

WRA SG 20, FG 20, RG 3.

SA FG 20, RG 3

HRA FG 1

IHC zero

M1D WRA RG 3

CMP SA Special .308, 1.

SA Correct Grade WWII, 1

No WIN13’s, one WRA barrel ME 3 on SA RG, USGI/CMP/Hackberry wood 20/40/40. Lots of 43-45 barrels, no strong stock cartouches.

PERSONAL REQUEST: The store has received calls about this line, it is a personal request from me for items I want to purchase for my collections. These items AREN’T available at store. Wish they were I would have a truck load.... WTB: Louis Lefkowitz and P.S Co. slings with good stamps. Also Wilde Tool W.T. Modified bayonet in excellent condition.

South Store will be reported in the morning.

Good luck on your searches.

Thanks Tom for keeping us informed. It definitely helps me in planning time off for trips to Alabama (when funds are available!).

Yes, thank you! That does definitely give more options with two extra days and the later hours.

...did I understand correctly, that there are 70+ Garands at the West Store?? My nephew and I were there in March and there were about seven. This is great news if it's true!
