    Got here about 11am.

Full rack of SA service. A 1.4 million with original barrel someone picked up. One other 3.2 mil with original barrel. A few post war SA with original barrels. No HRA when I got here. A 281,xxx SA rifle with uncut 9 op rod and marlin barrel with cmp stock I thought about but low on funds. One service grade SA with pretty nice 3/8 DAS HRA stock. Lots of USGI wood but nothing in particular.
-12 field grade SA all Hackberry nothing fancy.
2 full racks IHC field , no service.
308 wra and IHC specials at 1,250.
    Usual m1c and D's.
Rack of garand drills, nothing nice.

    Tom

        Friday visit

Stopped in Friday mid morning, everything the same as Thursday except there was one SG HRA with a LMR barrel mixed in with the SAs. I brought home the 4.231 SA with the 3/8 DAS stamped stock and what appears to be the original 12/52 dated barrel. The extra hundred dollars for the SG is worth it IMHO as you get GI wood. They were out of the half price 06 but let me have the 308 in it’s place.

The stock on the HRA has a bullet fragment in it. It also has LEAD 1-66 on the receiver leg.

Has a SA bolt with a heat lot that puts it in the 5.7m Range. The Finish on the bolt and receiver match.

            The HRA sold on Saturday.

If I'm not mistaken the owner is a member of a Garand Facebook group... I saw a rifle meeting this description over the weekend on there. The bullet fragment alone was pretty cool!
