Talking VISIT 6 Oct 12

Today was a great day for me to visit the S. Store. My son and i arrived just after 0825. There was only two or three other shoppers in the store. I was looking at the field grades both SA and HRA. It was a toss up for me today between a nice green park SA and a black Greek park HRA. I chose the HRA mostly because of the parts. Oddly enough the Winchester trigger sold me. All and all I think it was a darn nice pic with a great visible stamp and very nice wood.
There were about three to four racks of HRA field grades. Probably two SA field grades. There were some nice rifles to be had today. I found a nice 9 mil SA but passed on it long enough for it to get scooped up. Oh well.
I am not positive but it looked like there were only a few of the high priced jewels. Like I said i was looking for F/G rifles. Speaking of that I found a HRA F/G with a grenade site mount still attached.
The boxes of rusty carbine mags are still by the door ($5.00). There were actually some nice ones at the bottom. The bayonet table was pretty well picked over. A few UFH 16 inchers.
For me this was a great day. I got to spend the day with my family at the greatest place on earth and I walked away with a nice rifle.

9 million? I guess you mean 6 million... That would have been a rare one!

TENN BOY I think there might have been a few and by a few I think there were maybe 4 on the rack opposite the drill rifles. I think they took most of the to the western games.

Nice try. Looks like something I'd do. When Kodak dumped the Brownie I became lost at picture taking.

Yeah, it looks like what I post. Did one perfect in 'How To' once though. It's the slash img that messes me up.

You've got to post your pics on photobucket or some other kinds of hosting site and post a direct link to it with the obligatory after.
