Default WTS: colt 6933 commando complete upper

Moved to gunbroker.

Great shape. Bore is bright and shiny. See pics for specifics. Please contact me via email for quickest response.
$575 shipped. I’d also trade for a similar condition complete Colt 10 1/2” A1 type 9mm upper.

hound46,

Would this upper require a SBR transfer tax stamp to own legally? The barrel looks to be shorter than 16 inches as required by the BATF to be legal.

The barrel is 11 1/2Ē. No you donít need a stamp to own this upper. You can mount it on a pistol or a registered/stamped lower.

Are you interested in purchasing it?

No I don't have a registered SBR or a Lower that is classified as a pistol. I usually see sellers use the "All NFA rules apply" to cover themselves. Most buyers buy these, mount them on their regular rife receiver not realize they are breaking BATF rules. Thanks!

Serious question. Why do you think this? Are you BATFE? If you are, I would be very surprised to learn this was a statistically correct/significant statement.
No disrespect or sarcasm intended.
