No, that's about the going rate for good condition. I got a like new SC for that price. I think I got a great deal.

It's a bit high, but most of the auctions completed on gunbroker in the last 90 days had reserve prices higher than $650. If it's a standard arsenal rebuild and it hasn't been sporterized in some fashion, you aren't being cheated but it's not a hot bargain.

I bought my a3 for $725 about 7 or 8 months ago. It's 100% original and in immaculate condition... I need to find one built on a reclaimed receiver or with a replacement barrel as a his one is almost too nice to shoot.

well i am new here but not new to firearms...well i have also looking to buy a 1903a3 for about two years locally and they seem to be going up in prices...i would think 650 or so would be a fair price for a nice shooter grade one...i sadly missed out here recently on a 1903a4 at auction that no one seemed to know what it was...that sold for just 350 USD and even had the scope mount...i have found that best to find nice examples with all the correct parts...God Bless,John
