Default 3x600 Match - Feb 25th, 2018

Can the Admin give more details for this match?
What are the different Rifle Categories?
>>F-Open
>>FTR
>>Service Rifle
>>Match Rifle
>>Any Rifle/Iron Sight(Any/Iron)
>>Any Rifle/Any Sight(Any/Any)
>>Palma
>>Tactical AR
>>PRS

Will there be a Group Winner if more than 5 in the group?
Is the Group subdivided by shooter classification?
Will the Group/Class winners receive Prizes/Money?

Is the F-Class Monthly Match only open to F-Open & FTR?
Why not call it 3x600 Monthly Match, draw more shooters.

Thanks for hosting all the High Power matches, great facility!

I enjoyed myself a great deal at this match. Hopefully there will be a bigger turn out at the next one.

Ken, it was discussed to make the monthly F-Class match a Mid-Range match with all Rifle Classifications. Is that match 300/600/600?
Would everyone prefer to make it a 3x600 and have it scored as Match1/Match2/Match3/Match4(overall winner)?

I think 300 + 2x600 is what the program says for the F class matches. Doesn't matter to me if its that or 3x600. I don't see why they can't shoot F class and sling shooters in the same match.

This match cost $30 which was the same as the daily fee. The upcoming F class only match costs $50. I'm curious why the entry fee is so much higher and why f class and service/match rifle shooters can't shoot at the same match.

Is it a rules issue? The two groups don't like each other?

I'm a SR guy and have nothing against the F-class guys. Just another discipline to me. i would like to see them combine all the rifles together into a single match and just classify them per rifle/equipment. I think the turnout would be great. F-class guys use their targets and we shoot at ours. Have scoring rings on the targets for all shooters and call it done. Pretty sure the F-class x-ring is 1/2 the size that we use? Regardless....I hope CMP will do this.
