That sounds about right. Now that was a feeding frenzy of the first order.

Hard to find non corrosive AP M2 for 31 cents a round these days. Maybe at a yard sale.

Orest said they had 10,000 cans of it and he wanted to move it out fast.
With no purchase limits, he had no problem!
Truly the good ole days, and the CMP deals were many and often back then

If I recall correctly - I was on the computer that night when the email came in - bought some right then, and by morning they were gone. That was amazing enough - but the fascinating part was they were all gone before the email list had finished being sent out!

Same for me. I was amazed it was still available - should have bought way more than 1 case.

I bought a bunch of the M2AP over the few times it was sold. I have fired exactly 8 rounds of it to see if it would penetrate my 3/8in AR500 target. It functioned as advertised.

Richard, was it you that had the pic of them loaded in a pick-up truck?
If so, could you post it so we can salivate...

I've never gotten over the fact that I missed it, lol. Although the FedEx guy was probably glad I did cause he would have gotten a hernia if I'd seen that for sale. I was signed up to get emails but never got that one.
