Default Advanced Highpower Clinic

My buddy and I are looking into attending the Adv. HP clinic, but can find nothing regarding the actual start/end times involved.

2020 Calendar has it shown for Fri, Sat & Sun.

Are all of those full days?

We were led to believe that the Friday was more like the night-before registration for SAFS....

Also, will the Sunday class preclude us from Squadded Practice?

Thanx in advance,

Friday begins about noon and is lecture. Saturday is position work and this year students went to the air rifle range for a portion of the day and attended a wind reading class also. Sunday is followup and questions. Students are give. SP tickets after the class ends on Sunday and you have plenty of time to get ready.

Squadded Practice. This begins mid day on Sunday, on a first-come-first-served basis. Being a student of the advanced clinic, you'd get tickets and don't have to worry about missing a slot.

Somewhat different "course of fire" the last few years. This year, it was ten shots slow fire prone at 300 and at 600. You'll also serve a tour in the pits.

Can be very valuable time if you need confidence boosting on your 300 and 600 yard zeroes. Can also be extra time spent in the sun and wind getting beat up the day before the President's Match.

Each competitor received a 3 minute prep + 10 minutes to fire unlimited rounds (all single load) at 300 and again at 600 for squadded practice
