They all go bang when they are supposed to. Whichever is priced lower is better that day.

OR

Try a box of both and whichever works better with your firearm is the one.

Good luck, have fun, be safe.

WWB 115 FMJ 9mm is the go-to for P-38/P-1 shooters.

people have reported that Federal value pack brass cased 115 gr ammo actually has a thin copper plated bullet, not a true Full Metal Jacket like they use to make Winchester value pack ammo

so it looks like Federal is using a cheaper bullet with only a copper coating over lead not a true fmj , some people say it's a little dirtier because it's just copper coated, and your also not supposed to use copper plated ammo in a gun with a ported barrel because it can shed shards of copper out the ports of the barrel. some boxes even have a warning label about not using it in pistols with ported barrels. I prefer a FMJ so I usually buy the WINCHESTER 200 rd range packs.

depends on your firearm - sometimes they feed anything and sometimes they can be picky. Ye old win white box works in most guns I have - but I have found that the remington hollow points work well in my S&W 39 and in a couple lugers

Boy you are good at that Shomway.
Is anyone keeping score of your "unmaskings"?
I see the mods are reacting very quickly.
Thank you to all parties.
