Ummm....using the bolt tool makes it a breeze.

Using a larger diameter punch than the ejector makes it a breeze. M14 combo tool to pop the extractor out. Hold it in your left hand front facing you. Hold the firing pin forward and place the extractor in place. Push the ejector in with the punch and push down on the extractor. Pops in and you're done.

That it does. I never leave home without it and my spare bolt parts kit. Takes about five seconds.
