Default m1war Feedback

I am 100% satisfied with the barreled action I purchased from m1war. It was more than I expected and made a great shooting carbine. However, care should be taken when shipping any firearm and a receiver meets the criteria of a firearm for shipping purposes.

The buyer must insist that:
-The items be shipped with the proper documentation and not just a blurred copy of a DL and nothing else. The FFL receiving the item likely has no idea who it might belong too unless the seller includes contact information with the shipment to indicate that.

-It needs to be shipped requiring a signature on the receiving end. If the mailman just hands it over to anyone around the intended delivery location, sticks it in a mailbox....or leaves it at the door, anybody can walk off with the item. A chain-of-custody has to be created. This item was dropped-off on a Saturday and one of the owners just happened to be there. There was nothing in the shipment that indicated it belonged to me. I was able to track the shipment and convince the dealer that it belonged to me. All they had was the items in a box along with a blurred DL, which they could not read.
