I mentioned how I felt about this with the Rem .22 and got blasted. Capitolism, free market blah blah.

Its no good for the sport when one company buys it all and then triples the price and prevents others who would benefit from the reduced price form buying it.

Maybe, but you will see it for resale elsewhere.

In this case singular sales didn't hurt me. Not getting off my fat lazy ****** and ordering any yet may hurt me. After all,When Orest announced the carbine ammo for sale on Jan 02, he said it might last a week or two. Three weeks two days and counting.

Its pretty expensive as it is. Why buy 40-year old surplus when you can buy NEW production at the exact same price? It's a no brainer for me. If someone wants to overpay for that much decades old ammo, that's their choice. I'm not losing sleep over it. I think $.30/round at the most is what this should be selling for IMHO. Its not collector ammo after all.

Just look at the peope trying to ban carbines. Someone picked it up planning to make a killing reselling it. If I had to guess it would be the same place that ended up with a lot of other cmp ammo.....

The same people that complained about someone buying 100,000 rounds of HXP about 4 years ago that led to a 10 can limit per year, will be the same people that complain when you can only get 2 cans of carbine per year. I didn't mention it to start an uproar only to say if you want it get it now...
