Default Pattern for clip cardboard?

Anyone know where I could find a pattern or template to make my own cardboard inserts for clips of ammo?
Seems easy enough to make and I have lots of free cardboard that would work out just right! They aren't that expensive to buy, but if I can make them for free, why not? Just don't have a real one to copy!
Thanks,
John

Just might do that. I found a link to a pdf of a template, but got an error when I tried to open it.

Default GCA Journal article by Bob Barger

Hello Flypa38, 'Check: GCA Journal article by Bob Barger, Volume 27, Issue 3, Summer 2013, page 9.
There is a pattern there & IIRC, he suggests using soft-drink container cardboard for making the Pocket Liner Sleeves. I made some of these a few yrs ago. I'll try to locate. HTH

I have one coming in the mail to copy and a pattern, thanks to some members here!
Like I said, I realize how cheap they are to buy, but it's more about the fun of making something.

If you want to invest in a cutting die, I have several clicker presses, the type which are used to cut these type patterns. Not free, but easier than cutting by hand. I also have a hot stamp press which can be used to type set "8 RD" and emboss the cardboard.
