Well the pumpkin isn't done but it is already a marked improvement..She will get a couple more coats of oil and Hand Guards will get their start now. Double cool thing is shes's a 4.7 with matching barrel that gauges 1 with ALL HRA parts and pieces now..Not bad when we are in a drought of sorts...

Damm Gary, nice job!! That's one of the nicest birch stained stocks I have seen and you are right, it is a marked improvement.

Hand Guards will be done in a day or two..I'm liking the way this wood takes stain and Tung Oil...

Looking good! Thanks for sharing the pics. I'll be starting my refinish efforts later this month. Can't wait to get it done. Shot the rifle for the first time two days ago. It was great. Can't wait to get out and blast away some more.
