The rifle appears to be a conglomeration of assorted parts. The barrel date and other markings suggest that the original WWI RIA receiver was re-barreled circa 1932. The rifle was, subsequently, re-stocked with a Type C stock in early WWII. And then the bolt and magazine cutoff were replaced in late WWII.

The rifle would probably make a decent shooter, but has limited collectibility. The separate parts may be worth more than the complete rifle.
