Default Help with identifying a few Mark 1 parts

I have put a deposit down on a Mark 1, serial number 1119542 with a 12/19 barrel. The rifle appears to have all the correct Parts but I am not sure about the bolt cocking piece and the handguard. Would someone tell me if these parts look correct for the year manufactured

The handguard appears to be a replacement, as for the bolt, the stamp on the bolt handle is correct for the serial number.

Look around on here... The lot # on the bolt will help.

Also check for the correct trigger and actuator lever for a mark I

The cocking piece is not correct. The handguard and rear sight are also not correct. And the magazine follower has been refinished.

Is the replacement handguard period correct
The rifle has the correct smooth trigger with the pawl but I am
concerned about the cocking piece, it appears to be the one used from 1903-17 according to vishooters. My gun is 12/19
and the CP matches the bolt in color, could this be correct

THANKS

Answers are as follows:

(1) No. The handguard dates from 1944-45.

(2) You are correct. That style cocking piece was discontinued in 1918 at Springfield Armory and 1919 at Rock Island Arsenal.

(3) In 1919, the cocking piece should match the bolt in color, but that still does not make it correct for your rifle. Both should be blue.
