Default WRA Buttplate??

Guys,
This butt-plate has WRA traits, but lacks the 2S stamp on the inside.
Is this WRA or something else?
Still trying to get a grip on some of these parts

Hard to tell from the pics, are the screw holes offset slightly or do they line up?

Dave, how could you tell it's WRA without knowing the screw hole is not on center?

Checkering on bottom ends with a distinct point, pronounced border around checkering, and offset bottom hole. The hole is not actually offset, it's the checkering that is off-centered.
