Default Anyone browsed Wideners recently?

Just happened to browse Wideners and noticed they have a new website. Looks great but when I started to look at what they have in stock I was surprised they no longer have any primers, no longer selling guns, big price jump on most items, and they have removed certain types of ammo and bullets it seems. For example they no longer sell Nosler bullets.

I noticed (and I'm sure many of you did also) they were sending a ton of weekly newsletter emails on specials and items on sale over the last couple months. I wonder if they're downsizing the company/inventory?

Glad I grabbed 1k Nosler 168 gr BTHP bullets when they were 10% off a few months back...

I just looked at their powder selection.

It looks like they only show what is in stock.

It makes it quicker to find or not find what you are looking for.

Yeah it does make it easier to find items rather than searching on multiple pages.

They always had some type of Nosler bullet in stock as well as firearms so it's interesting that they no longer have them.

Oh yeah they've been great with shipping times when I purchased ammo and bullets from them.

Yes, I noticed the new website. I had ordered some 9mm ammo for my son over the holidays and was checking the status. One day, old site, order pending. Next day, new site, no record of order. Next day, new site, order completed. We did not receive any shipping notice or tracking info. He received the ammo the following day.

I just spoke with Widener's. They are awaiting a large shipment of primers and powder and will update the website after a complete inventory. It should be within the week.
