Default Vintage Colt Gunsmith?

I have a couple of old Colt revolvers that are in need of repair: Model 1877 "Lightening" .38 and Model 1892 New Army .41.
The actions in both guns have operational problems. Any recommendations on a good Colt gunsmith?
Thx
Vic

I have a nice Colt Series 70 with slight pitting on the slide. I'm afraid to talk to Turnbull...or more accurately, my wallet is afraid

You might try Accuracy Speaks in Mesa, Arizona on Usery Pass Road.

Van Horne is also quite versatile, albeit I haven't had him work for me in years.

Turnbull is mainly a restoration service for elegant guns worth heavy dollars when done.

Great work, but pricey.

Early Colt double actions (until not long before WWI!!) generally require regular tweaking.
