How would y’all describe the condition of the Winchesters? I’m thinking about making the run over tomorrow. I want a Winchester to add to my other manufacturers. I’m okay with a non WRA barrel, but am curious what the condition of the rifles look like. I’m hoping they put out a few more field grades.

Thank you for the info. Iím still learning the ins and outs with Garands, I did a quick search on a LEAD stock. It looks like itís a rebuild from a certain armory. Am I correct?

Overall the WRAís look good, SG better than FG of course. I do believe there will be a few more of both grades available tomorrow, but only my guess, nothing to confirm it.

Default Great trip

Another great trip to CMP. Got one of SA Service grades put out this morning along with a couple slings, cleaning kits and leather handled M4 bayonets. Great conversations with outstanding people. Just wish I could make the trip more often.

Cool. Leaned a new thing today. Always good. Iíll probably make the trip over tomorrow. Wonít be there at opening, but sounds like a decent chance of some WRAs being out after the opening. I need a WRA and HRA so Iíll have one of each manufacturer. Hoping to knock the WRA off the list tomorrow.

RI1288

Get there as close to opening as you can.

Saturday is often a busy morning.

All the best in quest for a nice WRA!

John
