My last one took 10 days in transit (normally 3 from FL) tracking showed it stuck at the hub (which is 15 miles from me) so I stopped in to inquire. The woman at the counter was very nice, waved at the window and said it was in one of the 30 trailers in the lot they were trying to unload with minimal crew due to the Chi flu scare. It showed up 3 days after my visit.

This is why UPS rescinded delivery guarantees.

They have all three serial numbers listed on my invoice. I will skip anymore emails with them and give them a call on Tuesday.
