It's not left handed. It's reverse image. Look at the helmet

That left-handed 1911 would go well with my left-handed M1 Carbine, M1 Garand, M1A and FN49!

Looks like a tunnel rat with a regular gi 1911 in his left hand. The image isn't reversed.
