Default CMP D-Day Match at Talladega (link with details)

Time to knock the dust off those Garands and bring them out to TMP and shoot! It's a fun event. Hope you can make it!

Just got word that we can shoot more than 1 gsm match. We can only register online for 1 match but can register for additional matches once you arrive. Also, garands only for gsm, no Springfield or vintage military. C'mon out!!!

Default Carbine Match Time

I'm easily confused, maybe someone can help.
  • "Draft Schedule" says "2:00PM Carbine Match"
  • "D-Day Carbine Squadding" says "9:00 am 3 June 2017"

Was planning to drive over morning of and shoot 11:00 Garand / 2:00 Carbine. Hard to justify setting the alarm for Camp Perry time to shoot a Carbine Match if it has moved to 9:00.

They used to squad the Carbine on the line around 1:00. It may just mean that they are squading when you check in. I found out they don't do things consistently at Talladega matches. They find an easier way and go with that route.
No need to get there early just to wait around.

Edit:
1:45PM Range Safety Briefing Carbine Match
2:00PM Carbine Match

Verify your name is on the squad sheet and what time you are to be there for Garand, Carbine squad sheet says 9:00 but is incorrect.
